We accept all returns unused/undamaged in Original condition.
If you receive any wrong or Faulty item PLEASE do not use and inform us immediately. For any exchange, you are welcome.
If in the event you wish to return an item to us please do so within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is not used/worn with all tags attached. All items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for resale.
Once we receive your items back we will refund EXCLUDING the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. Your refund will be processed within 72hrs from the delivery of the item. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund and we will return the parcel to you at your own expense.
Our Policy is to process and deliver your order Fully Completed on time. We Aim to Dispatch all orders on same day. If your order is running late or you received a faulty or wrong item contact us via Messaging A.S.A.P. so we can resolve the problem together.
We normally post all orders with royal mail but we may use some other courier services for bulk orders or parcels.
